This photograph depicts a frontal view of a Petri dish culture plate, that contained a growth medium of Sabouraud dextrose and brain heart infusion (SabHI) agar, which had been inoculated with the fungus, Candida albicans, and incubated for an unknown time period, at a temperature at 20°C. These small, round colonies resulted on the medium surface.
