This historic 1975 image, depicts the shower facility that had been located inside the entranceway within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) first maximum containment laboratory. Jim Lang (PHIL 7204), was among many of the CDC’s laboratory researchers who used this lab during the Marburg investigation of 1975.
