Now housed in a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) warehouse, this mobile quarantine facility (MQF), was the one used as an isolation compartment, during a Lassa fever case in 1975, when it transported a patient, Kent Campbell, MD, MPH, from London, to New York City, on a C-141 aircraft.
