Description:This photograph of the Salisbury, Rhodesia, (now Harare, Zimbabwe), Salisbury Youth Hostel registry contained the names of the two travelers that were later hospitalized with Marburg fever in 1975.
Health investigators visited numerous hostels and campgrounds throughout Zimbabwe in hopes of discovering the exact route the two hitchhikers followed while visiting the country.
