This photograph depicts a close view of the plantar surface of a patient‘s feet, in the region of the toes, and reveals the presence of a pigmented, macular rash which was diagnosed as a case of keratoderma blenorrhagicum, and was found to be a symptom of the patient’s Reiter's syndrome, also known as reactive arthritis.
