This photograph depicted an anterior intraoral view of a patient’s mouth, revealing the presence of what is referred to as a Moon’s molar, or mulberry molar. In this case, involving the first molar, tooth number 19, located on the left lower jaw. This condition was the result of a case of congenital syphilis, caused by the bacterium, Treponema pallidum.
