This photograph, captured in November 2003, depicts seated Visual Information Specialist, Nick Degner, flanked by standing Video Editor, Lou Boviero and Office Adminstrator, Jo Ann Bittle, in the process of editing graphics slated for use in a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Public Health Association (APHA) exhibit to be used at that year’s conference. At the time, these three were staff members for the former CDC Public Health Practice Program Office (PHPPO). The American Public Health Association’s (APHA) 131st Annual Meeting, took place November 15–19, 2003, at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, California. The APHA is a CDC public health partner.
