|Description:||This patient presented with perivaginal and perianal granulomatous lesions diagnosed as Donovanosis.|
Characterized by one or more painless or minimally painful granulomatous lesions in the anogenital area, donovanosis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by Klebsiella granulomatis formerly Calymmatobacterium granulomatis.
