Description:This patient presented with suprapubic donovanosis, but involving the penis and scrotum as well.
Characterized by one or more painless or minimally painful granulomatous lesions in the anogenital area, donovanosis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by Klebsiella granulomatis formerly Calymmatobacterium granulomatis.
