This image depicts an left anterior-oblique view of a male patient’s genitalia, which exhibited an abnormal skin condition, confirmed as psoriasis of the glans penis. Psoriasis is an erythematous skin condition characterized by irregular red patches, covered by a dry, scaly, hyperkeratotic stratum corneum, which usually occur on the elbows and knees, as well as scalp and lower back, but can occur anywhere on the body.
