This image depicts a close view of the glans penis of a patient who had presented with what was determined to be a case of penile psoriasis. Psoriasis is an erythematous skin condition characterized by irregular red patches covered by a dry scaly hyperkeratotic stratum corneum, which usually occur on the elbows and knees, as well as scalp and lower back, but can occur anywhere on the body.
