This photograph depicts an anterior view of a patient’s face, which exhibited skin lesions on his right lower lip, nose, and below his nose along his upper lip. Analysis lead to a diagnosis of a case of paracoccidioidomycosis, caused by the fungal organism, Paracoccidioides brasiliensis.
