This photomicrograph of a hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) stained brain tissue specimen, which had been extracted from a 2-week-old chic, revealed histopathologic changes that had been caused by the fungal organism Ochroconis gallopava, formerly Dactylaria gallopava.
