This historic image from 1966, was captured in the country of Togo, during a Communicable Disease Center (CDC) measles vaccination study. The photograph depicted CDC Dr. Bernard Challenor, wearing a white shirt, participating in the measles vaccination process. In line, were mothers with their infants, awaiting their turn to have their children vaccinated against the measles virus.
