Captured in 2020, this image depicted staff members of Guatemala’s Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food, as they were discussing their experience as graduates of the Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP). FETP is a core program, administered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). It assists in building regional public health capacities, by providing public health workers with additional skills in surveillance, field investigation and response, data collection and analysis, and scientific communication.
