Under a magnification of 100X, this photomicrograph revealed some of the ultrastructural morphology exhibited by the fungal organism, Aspergillus niger. Here, you were able to see some of the organism’s septate, filamentous, hyaline hyphae, and numbers of darkly stained vesicles, also known as a radiate heads, each bearing numerous conidia.
