Depicted in this historic 1959 image, were two public health technicians, who were standing in a mosquito breeding zone, and were preparing their insecticidal spray unit, which would deliver a spray of mosquito insecticidal spray unto the ground, on which the local mosquito population was breeding. Note that the pressurized chemicals, were kept within a tank aboard a small, half-bed truck, along with the motorized delivery system. The man in the foreground was holding a hose, and administering the spray on to the ground.
