Captured in a clinical setting located in Cardiff, Wales, this image depicted the leg of a 53-year-old female, who had presented with this benign, semi-confluent crop of early maculopapular vesicles, which had appeared here, at the point where her garter had made pressure contact with her leg, during the evolution of her smallpox illness.
