Under a higher, though unspecified magnification than seen in PHIL 21182, this photomicrograph revealed some of the ultrastructural morphology exhibited in a tissue section that included a chronic granulomatous nodule, which had formed in a case of mycetoma, due to the Gram-positive organism, Actinomadura pelletieri, formerly known as Nocardia pelletieri.
