This image was taken outside the front gate of Kagadi Hospital, in the Kibaale District of Uganda, during that nation’s July - August 2012, Ebola outbreak, and depicted Emergency Press Officer with Doctors Without Borders, i.e., Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Agus Morales (Lt), speaking with Dr. Richard Besser formerly with ABC News (blue shirt), and an unidentified Ugandan man, during the country’s 2012, Ebola outbreak. Dr. Besser is a former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director, and at the time of this picture, was ABC’s Chief Health and Medical editor, sent with a team to Uganda to cover the Ebola outbreak.
