Caption:
This 1969 image depicts a posterior view of the same female child, depicted in PHIL 3262, revealing the classic distribution pattern of the maculopapular lesions, or pocks. Note how the pattern on the posterior surfaces mirrors the distribution as seen from the front, in PHIL 3262. The greatest concentration of the pocks is on the extremities, and face. This image was captured on the 7th day of her infection.
