Under a magnification of 200X, this photomicrograph revealed ultrastructural morphology exhibited by the fungal organism, Rhizopus oryzae, also known as Rhizopus arrhizus var. delemar. In this particular slide you will note a number of reproductive sporangia in various stages of maturation, the nonseptate hyphae, and the root-like rhizoids.
