This is a historic 1974 image depicted a section of a boat docking area, which was a part of a migrant worker facility, and was currently being used to moor three vessels. This photograph was part of a series, used by public health inspectors to familiarize them with what could be encountered on their mandatory inspections of migrant worker living, and working environments. The focus was primarily on the operational protocols governing the facility, and the physical plan around which the working environment was based.
