This image was part of a collection, used to discuss the methods by which various arthropodal organisms were collected and processed, during investigations into their arboviral behaviors. In this particular view, you will note that the unfinished, raw environment, consisting of bare wooden framing and lathing, provided a terrific habitat for spiders and their webs, and upon which mosquitos could alight for a momentary respite, while they were on their constant quest for a blood meal food source.
