This image depicts a ¼-cup scooper that was filled with sundried raisins, which had been set next to a 1-cup measuring cup, containing approximately a cup of freshly-washed seedless red grapes. The purpose of this still life, was to illustrate how whole fruit provides a bigger sized snack than the same fruit having been dried, for the same number of calories. For example, a small box of raisins, approximately 1/4 cup, provides about 100 calories. For the same number of calories, you can eat 1-cup of unprocessed grapes.
