Description:The man pictured here from a right anterior-oblique view, was inside a gymnasium performing various strength-training exercises. At this point in his exercise routine, he was performing curls using a 35lb dumbbell held in each clenched fist. Here, his right arm had been flexed, bringing the weight up to shoulder level, while his left arm was still extended, its weight at hip level. Hopefully, he was also keeping well hydrated during his exercise regimen by drinking fresh water during his workout.
