This image depicts a class in session, the purpose of which was to instruct a number of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) employees through an aerobic step session, consisting of attendees following the participatory commands of an instructor. In this particular scene, two attendees had their right foot raised, and rested upon a three-tiered step, while holding a pair of 2.5lb dumbbells.
