This image depicts a the fingers of a patient’s left hand from a dorsal view, revealing nail bed pigmented lesions of the thumb and middle finger indicative of Hutchinson’s sign. These lesions were subsequently diagnosed as acral lentiginous melanoma (ALM). The location and morphology of these lesions should inspire suspicions as to their classification.
