Under a low magnification of 15X, this photograph revealed some of the details displayed on the surface a Petri dish growth medium, which was inoculated with a culture of Gram-positive Clostridium septicum bacteria, that had been incubated on this blood agar plate (BAP), for a 48hr time period.
