Description:These are Mycoplasma broth tubes containing T-strain broth showing color changes.
Mycoplasmas are the smallest, free-living, self-replicating organisms (0.2-2 ┬Ám in diameter), and are taxonomically separated from other bacteria, belonging to the class Mollicutes, i.e., mollis = soft; cutis = skin.
