Description:This patient presented with a case of nonspecific urethritis with accompanying meatitis, and a mucopurulent urethral discharge.
Nonspecific urethritis merely means that upon presentation, the cause of this given case of urethral inflammation is unknown. A differential diagnostic process will help to narrow the possible causes by ruling out those possibilities that do not provide respective positive test results.
