Description:The erythematous patch on this patient’s glans penis was diagnosed as Bowen's disease, or squamous cell carcinoma in situ.
The second most common form of skin cancer, squamous cell carcinoma is a highly treatable form of skin cancer arising from cellular anaplastic changes within the skin’s outer keratinized epithelial layers.
