Description:This photograph shows a patient with a preputial granulomatous lesion due to Donovanosis.
In men, Donovanosis, or granuloma inguinale lesions usually first appear on the glans, or shaft of the penis, and though they cause discomfort, are not especially painful, spreading along the warm, moist folds of skin throughout the groin to the anus.
