This photograph depicts an anterior view of a patient’s genitalia, which exhibited a preputial granulomatous lesion, due to a case of Donovanosis, also known as granuloma inguinale, and is caused by the bacterium, Klebsiella granulomatis, formerly Calymmatobacterium granulomatis.
