This photograph depicted a close view of a patient’s ankle revealing the presence of an ulcerative erythematous lesion, which was determined to be a case of systemically disseminated Donovanosis, caused by the bacterium, Klebsiella granulomatis, formerly Calymmatobacterium granulomatis.
