Description:This lesion of the penile meatus proved to be an epidermoid cyst.
Differential diagnoses are used in order to rule out pathologic conditions, thereby, accurately focusing the treating physician as to the etiology, and pathogenesis of a presented disease process, which can at times be mistaken for another illness.
