Here, the Gram-negative, Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli, and Proteus sp. bacteria, were cultured on four different culture media. The growth media included MacConkey's (MacC), Shigella-Salmonella (SS), Bismuth Sulfite (BS), and Brilliant (BG) green agars. The incubation period was 24-hours. You’re able to see the qualitative, and quantitative results produced based on which agar was implemented.
