ID#:4421
Description:This patient presented with what was diagnosed as granuloma inguinale which simulated carcinoma of penis in its appearance.
In men donovanosis, or granuloma inguinale lesions usually first appear on the glans (head) or shaft of the penis, and are not especially painful, but often spread along the warm, moist folds of skin throughout the groin to the anus, causing discomfort.
