This male presented with a purulent penile discharge, due to gonorrhea, caused by the Gram-negative bacterium, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and overlying penile pyodermal lesions located on the glans penis, the cause of which was unidentified. See PHIL 4066, for another view of this condition.
