Description:This 1981 photograph shows some of the hand-held equipment used in environmental mosquito control procedures.
Adulticiding is accomplished by spraying very small amounts of pesticide into the air with special equipment mounted on trucks, airplanes, or hand-held. It’s used when larviciding is impractical or ineffective, or in emergency situations.
