This image depicts two 25cm² Falcon^™ flasks. The flask on the left had its top removed using a hot wire, during an amniotic fluid test. The Falcon^™ flask is a standard container used for the culture and handling of human amniotic fluid cell cultures in order to expeditiously produce cytogenetic preparations for analyses.
