This historic image from 1967, depicted a scenario that had taken place during a measles immunization project held in Cobb County, Georgia. In this scene, a young girl was being vaccinated by a public health clinician to her right, who was administering the measles vaccine using a Hypo-Jet Injector®, which he applied to her right upper arm. The clinician to her left appeared to be calming the girl, as she received her vaccination.
