This historic image from 1966, was captured in the city of Shillong, the capital of the Indian state of Meghalaya, and depicted from left to right, Lt. Col. G.S. Godiwalla, an officer in the Army Medical Corps (AMC) of the Indian Armed Forces, Dr. John Pull of the World Health Organization (WHO), and Lt. Col. M.C. Sanyal, a State Malariologist, and officer in the AMC as well. This was during the evaluation of that year’s malaria eradication project.
