In this photograph, CDR Joshua Hardin was shown providing first aid, by applying a splint to an 8-year-old boy, who had fractured his arm during Typhoon Yutu, on October 30, 2018, on the Northern Mariana Island of Saipan. The boy was seen at a local shelter with his family, and was unaware that his arm was broken 6-days after the storm.
