Captured in a graveyard, this historic photograph from 1965, depicted a gravestone marking the burial plot of a yellow fever victim. The engraved tombstone described the victim as the Mayor of Norfolk during the city’s 1855 yellow fever outbreak, who had succumbed to the disease the following year.
