Captured in 2016, by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) staff member, Stefanie White, this image depicted CDC Quarantine Public Health Officer, Brittany Liebhar, as she was explaining the posted Zika health advisory to a pregnant traveler, inside the George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas. CDC alerts travelers with health advisories displayed at U.S. international airports across the country. Travelers can see these advisories while waiting in line at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security check point, before they depart, or at passport control, or baggage claim, when they arrive into the United States, or U.S. territories. This picture was an entry in the 2016 CDC Connects, Public Health in Action Photo Contest, in the categories of Programs-Domestic and People–Domestic.
