The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) alerts travelers with health advisories, displayed at U.S. international airports across the country. Travelers can see these advisories, while waiting in line at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security check point before their departure, or at passport control, or baggage claim, when they arrive into the United States, or U.S. territories. Captured by CDC staffer, Mayra Morales, this image depicted signage displaying a Zika Health Advisory, specifically for pregnant travelers, which was posted at the Honolulu International Airport. This picture was an entry in the 2016 CDC Connects, Public Health in Action Photo Contest, in the categories of Programs-Domestic and People–Domestic.
