Under a magnification of 900X, this photomicrograph revealed the presence of a cyst-staged, Entamoeba coli microorganism, in a specimen prepared using the Kohn stain method. In this focal plane, you are able to see five nuclei, three of which contained a single, centrally situated karyosome.
