Under a magnification of 200X, this photomicrograph revealed some of the ultrastructural features exhibited by an Acremonium sp. fungal organism, which was formerly referred to as Cephalosporium. In this view, you can see a number of the organism’s reproductive structures, specifically its stalked conidiophores, and two clusters of conidia.
