This photograph depicting a dorsal view of a child’s the left hand, revealed a phenomenon known as clubbing of the child’s fingers, as a consequence of a condition known as scleroderma. In this case, the child also suffered with secondary Raynaud's phenomenon. See PHIL 21136, for another view of this patient’s condition, which revealed some facial involvement as well.
