Under a magnification of 7X, this image depicted two bacterial colonies, which had been cultivated on blood heart infusion (BHI) agar, which had been inoculated with a culture of Propionibacterium propionicus, formerly referred to as Actinomyces propionicus, and Arachnia proprionica, serotype-2 bacteria, and incubated for a 9-day time period.
